Job Description:
Seeking a seasoned, reliable, and hands-on sailboat captain to manage and oversee ongoing maintenance, occasional local/regional transport, and delivery of a 38-foot Wauquiez Centurion sailboat based in Marco Island, Florida.
The ideal candidate will have experience with classic European-built sailing vessels, be comfortable coordinating with marine service providers, and capable of delivering the vessel up and down the Florida coast (Gulf or Atlantic) as needed.
Responsibilities:
Vessel systems checks (engine, rigging, electrical, bilge, etc.)
Coordinate or perform minor repairs
Haul-out/drop-in coordination and dock management
Local and regional sailboat deliveries
Requirements:
USCG Captain’s License (100-Ton preferred)
