Mariners Club is looking for full-time yacht captains in Miami, FL and Naples, FL. Must have USCG Master (50 ton preferred). This position would be in Florida for the winter and move up to our northern harbors for the summer.
Captains run our 36′ to 44′ Hinckley yachts for half-day trips with our members. Schedule is 5 days on, 2 days off and captains are assigned to one harbor per season. We are looking for an experienced Captain who will join our team leading boat trips out of Awendaw, Mount Pleasant, Charleston and Johns Island, South Carolina.

DUTIES
● Serving as a Captain for public and charter trips, as needed
● Helping crew prepare for trips, cleaning and disinfecting the boat between departures
● Overseeing the condition of the boat and fueling the vessel
● Working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
● Supervising crew and clients on-board the vessel

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
● Valid USCG Masters Captain’s License and related documents
● Two years of full-time experience
● Strong work ethic
● Vessel maintenance and mechanical knowledge

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
● Experience and enjoyment working with people and interpreting nature

HOURS
We are hiring part-time and full-time positions. Candidates should be willing to work some weekends and holidays through peak seasons, including the fall, spring and summer months.

COMPENSATION
This is an hourly position with a base wage starting at $20/hour plus tips, as well as a stipend for health insurance and benefits. After a successful probationary period, the candidate will be eligible for the Coastal Expeditions IRA matching program.

A 27 year old dining cruise company with four 40-220 passenger vessels in Seattle WA is looking for two experienced, full-time ,year round captains. Salary and full benefit package with incentive compensation. Base compensation DOE.

Looking for a Captain/First Mate to Manage a new Beneteau Oceanis 40.1, April – November each year in CT for a private owner. Job will involve getting the boat ready to sail each year, regularly checking its systems and maintaining the boat in good working order, supervising any repairs, overseeing/managing marina personnel, cleaning/washing it, stocking it, moving the boat from time to time, sailing with the owner from time to time, sometimes as Captain, sometimes as First Mate, and getting the boat ready to haul in the Fall each year.
