Executive Services maintains Patagonia Marina. Our main goal is to provide superior customer service. Our services include marina maintenance, marina cleanliness, and safety. Marina Supervisor oversees dockhands and retail workers to verify all duties are completed in a timely manner; and is also responsible for all scheduling, paperwork, product ordering and full marina operations.

Create your own schedule and run gorgeous boats on beautiful Casco bay as much or as little as you’d like. Compensation is commission based with a baseline shift rate if commission does not surpass it (unheard of in the summer months). Pay scaled up for evening work.
Requirements
USCG six pack captains license to run water taxi/charter tour boats, USCG 50 ton masters license preferred.

Captain
Average $30/hour with tips + health/dental Benefits +PTO

Our Rafts: Our rafts hold 24 passengers.

We are looking for a full time boat captain for a 54′ Hatteras. The boat will reside in the Hamptons during the summer and hurricane season and in Nassau the other Months. Our ideal captain would have experience with fishing boats and working with kids.
