The Tour Boat Captain is responsible for the safe and professional operation of company vessels while delivering an exceptional experience for all guests. This role includes navigating and maneuvering the tour boat through the Soo Locks and surrounding waterways, complying with all U.S. Coast Guard regulations, company policies, and safety procedures, and working closely with the crew to ensure smooth boarding, departures, and tours.
