I am looking for an experienced captain to help me and my team circumnavigate the globe. We will be going to every continent including Antarctica! This adventure will be one for the books. We are looking to be away for 18-24 months. Not for the faint of heart or for people who are easy going.

I’m looking to add qualified crew members, M & F. Qualified Crew members will need a minimum of one year experience on 80-120 ft yachts, Have a professional appearance, speak English and have good communication skills, and a positive attitude. Chef experience and housekeeping experience individuals also needed. Must live in the Naples, Marco Island, Ft Myers area and have reliable transportation. No Drug or Alcohol problems, Must be reliable. These are “On Call As Needed” positions and great for crew members with a flexible schedule. Possible long cruises 1-2 weeks as well as weekend cruises. We are a brand new company, and we own a 45 feet recreational dive boat with 20 passenger permit on current COI. The boat is good to be used for diving and fishing. We are transferring the COI now. A 100-ton licensed captain is now needed. Working schedule would be every weekend and more 1-2 week day in coming future. This would be a long time position. Watersports if hiring a captain for our larger 60ft+ catamarans out of key west bight. Experience a plus, but training available.
The boats are as follows:
Party Cat (65ft inboard motor catamaran):
Runs a 6 hour, all-inclusive day trip that includes Kayaking, Jet skiing, parasailing, etc. Pays $150 + $1 per passenger (trip max is 120). Also runs a 2 hour dinner cruise. Pays $70. Both include tips.
Sandie cat (65ft inboard powered sailing catamaran):
Runs two 3 hour trips to the reef and one 2 hour dinner cruise. Pay is $70 per trip plus tips.
Miss Lora (60ft motor catamaran):
Runs two 3 hour dolphin. Pay is $70 per trip plus tips.
