Boat captain wanted for premier luxury yacht and fishing tours, located at Marina Pez Vela, Quepos, Costa Rica.

Summary:
We offer a luxury exhilarating and engaging fishing and luxury yachting experience on a dynamic and unique vessel located at the Marina Pez Vela, Quepos, Costa Rica. The Captain needs to safely operate 6 – 8 passenger luxury yacht for inshore fishing and luxury yachting executions. Captain must be bilingual in English and Spanish and is excellent at providing exemplary customer service on all executions.

This is a part-time position that can be developed into a full-time opportunity. Candidate must be willing to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays and in all (safe) weather conditions.

Requirements:

1. Must be Bi-lingual (Spanish, English) with local experience.
2. Needs to have good public speaking skills; past tour guide experience preferred but not necessary. Exemplary customer relation skills and ability to deal with operation of vessel while conducting historical and informational tours.
3. Candidates must be very safety-minded and have a strong knowledge of USCG regulations and safety procedures, have CPR and First Aid experience.
4. Knowledge of Marina and near coastal waters in Quepos – Manuel Antonio Costa Rica area.

Responsibilities:
