Job Summary

The Captain will be responsible for the safety and well-being of the crew, passengers, and the ship itself. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in the following:

Extensive experience piloting 95 ft. long. vessels

5+ years’ experience as a Captain of privately / family owned vessels, working one on one with owners.

Mechanically inclined / hands on experience highly desired.

Very good knowledge of the Bahamas.

Physically fit, that likes sports fishing and diving.
Adaptable with flexible schedule
Manage a crew of: 1st Mate, Steward and Chef
Bilingual: English/ Spanish is a plus!
Responsibilities and Duties
Plan ship’s route and itinerary
Develop a budget and make sure expenditures adhere to it
Interview and hire crew members
Supervise crew members
Negotiate with harbor officials at all ports
Ensures that the ship is clean and well-maintained
Ensures the safety of everyone onboard
Required

Service-oriented
Extensive knowledge when it comes to yachting and sea travel.
Must know and follow all safety regulations.
