Hiring a couple to manage successful yacht rental business in Manhattan. Positions are year round, but mostly April 1-Nov 30. Approx 600 charters per season, on two 2020 model year power vessels. Vessel operations, maintenance and crew management, along with marketing, customer engagement (phone/email) and guest relations. Salary, profit sharing and right couple can earn equity in business to become owners. Vessels are not live aboard, so jobs are best fit for a couple who has housing/family here in NYC area.

I an presently looking to hire a licensed captain with a minimum of 100 ton USCG license or equivalent for a 72′ motorsailer presently in Spain. Will make Atlantic passage in late November , spend a year in Caribbean and continue on to the South Pacific Islands. This is a private yacht with two in the owner’s party and a mate/engineer.
I am a past captain of the yacht , but age and health concerns preclude me continuing. I have been asked by owners to find a replacement.

I’m purchasing a 45ft mono haul in the Greece and would like to hire a seasoned captain for a three to four month voyage around the Mediterranean, I have a house in the south Aegean and will mostly be in that area of Greece / santorini/Mykonos

I am actively in the market for a live aboard captain for a yacht docked in Connecticut.
Negotiations can be made for living aboard the yacht and driving it out to sea upon my requests. Traveling will mainly be around Long Island and the East Coast.
Must be licensed, experienced and be able to drive boat that is greater than 40 feet.

We are a start-up beta testing our new boating platform and are looking for a few qualified captains with small vessels approximately 20-40ft to run a route near Discovery Bay from September 3-5. We are looking to fill shifts, so doing a full day or entire weekend is not necessary. We ask that you only inquire if you can do at least 4 hours on one of those days.

Other requirements:
-Own or have access to a vessel.
-Have an appropriate USCG captain’s license.
-Be confident in your ability to navigate the area.
-Have proper insurance for the area.
-Must have smart phone.

I purchased a 27’ sailboat some weeks back and have been slowly making my way down the Florida coast on weekends.  My weekends are becoming cramped so I am looking for someone to motor or sail the boat the rest of the way from Jensen Beach Mooring Field to Dinner Key Mooring Field in Miami.  Info on the boat for your consideration:

1977 Glander Cay 23.  27’ LOA; 8’ beam; 2’ 10” draft

Very basic systems aboard.

Of note:

• Chartplotter (aged Garmin) and new tablet with c-map
• VHF both mounted and handheld
• Running/Steaming lights work.  Masthead light does not.
• Yanmar 30HP is 1999 with about 130 hours and starts up immediately
• No depth transducer (no functioning depth transducer)
• Dry bilge, two pumps.
• Porta-potty
• No dinghy but welcome to use my inflatable tandem sea kayak. High speed electric inflator included.
• It is only a couple hours by car.  Not sure where you are, but I’m happy to drive you back to Jensen Beach upon your arrival.  Or pay for you to go back another way, but there really aren’t many options other than renting a car.
