We are currently hiring Captains for our EcoTours operating out of Ma’alaea and Lahaina harbors on the beautiful island of Maui. Come be part of something bigger!

Captains are responsible for the safety of all passengers and crew, the safe operation of the vessel, and managing, leading and mentoring crew members.

Our ideal candidates have strong mechanical/preventive maintenance/troubleshooting skills, are great at teaching and mentoring crew, have strong situational awareness and decision-making skills, excellent judgment, and can remain calm under pressure. 100T license and valid credentials required. Experience navigating Maui country waters is a plus.

We are looking a captain for a busy snorkel/scuba trip business in the British Virgin Islands. We are very busy so earning potential is good. Must have up today date Captains license to run 26′ vessel with 6 guests max. Dive Master is a bonus as we also do scuba trips. This is a yearly work permit position.

SAILING CAPTAIN WANTED – only needs 6 Pack License – up to 6 weeks of weekly charters available beginning July 3rd out of Islamorada, FL. Teach general sailing skills to Boy Scouts 13-17 years old. Trip also includes a lot of snorkeling and fishing. Would consider hiring less than the full 6 weeks. $1,200/trip plus bonuses. All meals and travels expenses covered.

Our growing team is looking for USCG licensed captains to operate the Club’s meticulously maintained 36′ – 44’ Hinckley yachts throughout South Florida, South Carolina, and the Northeast. B&G captains operate day and evening trips and are back in their home port each night, enjoying a lifestyle unique in the industry.

Our captains have the opportunity to work with the Club year-round or seasonally in our South Florida, South Carolina, and Northeast harbors. Seasons run June to October in the Northeast, and November to May in our southern and Bahamas harbors.

Requirements:
*Valid USCG Merchant Mariner Credentials
*Marine Radio Operator Permit
*Must have experience on vessels of similar size
*An understanding of basic vessel maintenance & log keeping
*Proficiency in hospitality
