I’m launching a pontoon party boat charter in May called the Kinky Tiki out of Palm beach Florida. I need a permanent captain when booked. Not a bareboat, but a 6 pack. Looking to hire quickly on a 1099. I will be on the boat hosting. Open for weekends and possible sunset cruises. Also I will have bar hop packages through the week.

Job Description:
Seeking a seasoned, reliable, and hands-on sailboat captain to manage and oversee ongoing maintenance, occasional local/regional transport, and delivery of a 38-foot Wauquiez Centurion sailboat based in Marco Island, Florida.
The ideal candidate will have experience with classic European-built sailing vessels, be comfortable coordinating with marine service providers, and capable of delivering the vessel up and down the Florida coast (Gulf or Atlantic) as needed.
Responsibilities:
Vessel systems checks (engine, rigging, electrical, bilge, etc.)
Coordinate or perform minor repairs
Haul-out/drop-in coordination and dock management
Local and regional sailboat deliveries
Requirements:
USCG Captain’s License (100-Ton preferred)

Seek a licensed captain to pilot three boats. 1 to 8-hour cruises on the intracoastal. Just piloting…no entertaining. Could be PT or FT. More details available for candidates. Savanna area.

Plot and manage journey. This is a new boat to me. I will be purchasing it just prior to setting off on this journey. Need list of provisions, etc. to ensure safe, economical and fun passage. Both my son and I have sailing experience but no open water time. My experience is with 1976, hunter 36 sloop. And currently a 1983 hunter 34 sloop. Sailed from Galveston to South Padre Island in 2000, otherwise, no open water experience at this point.
