Seeking a boat captain to manage a new 2025 43′ Freeman on an ongoing basis. Will take owner out 2-3 times a month. Must have ability to travel internationally for several trips a year for Bahamas runs. Looking for someone with track record in tournament fishing and who has experience on Cats. As a captain and Crew member you will be responsible for managing and navigating our ships, overseeing the safety of passengers and crew, and ensuring that all operations are carried out in compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage the vessel’s navigation, including maintaining proper speed and course, monitoring weather and sea conditions, and making necessary adjustments.
– Oversee cargo and/or passengers loading and unloading, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
– Monitor and maintain all onboard equipment, including communication and navigation systems, engines, and life-saving equipment.
– Manage and supervise a team of crew members, including training, scheduling, and providing guidance and support.

Seeking a full-time captain to operate private scenic tours aboard a 27′ luxury deck boat. Tours are from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. 7 days/week. It’s a short season, so we have to make the most of any tours we can book. Captain will also serve as the general manager and administrator – i.e. answer the company cell phone, book reservations, handle re-bookings for weather issues, sell tours, act as a tour guide, keep the boat clean, refill with fuel, etc. It’s an easy, fun business primarily serving tourists in the Colorado High Country. Company shirts, jacket, hat provided. Background check and references will be required. If you are an experienced crew member that can handle a boat, we may be interested in talking to you as well.
